Unframed Prints (with or without border)

The size you select = the exact paper size you receive

Adding a white border does NOT change the overall size

The artwork simply sits slightly smaller within the same paper
Framed Prints

The frame adds approximately 3cm to the overall size

Example:

50 × 70cm print → 53 × 73cm framed

What Size Should I Choose?
- Above a sofa → 60cm x 90cm or 70cm x 100cm
- Above a bed → 70cm x 100cm or A0
- Small wall → A3 or A2
- Gallery wall → A4 to A2
- Large statement piece → A1 or A0

Thank you for shopping with Love Your Space. All of our pieces are printed and produced in Australia and are created to order specifically for each customer. This allows us to maintain a high level of quality and care with every order we send out.
Because your artwork is made to order, preparation times will vary depending on the product type and size selected.
Preparation Times
For unframed prints, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for printing and dispatch.
For framed prints, canvas pieces and wallpaper, please allow approximately 8 days for printing, framing, quality checking, and packaging prior to dispatch. Larger items may require additional time.
During sale periods, public holidays, or busy seasonal times, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location within Australia and the courier network. Once your order leaves our production facility, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor the delivery progress.
Delivery Fees
Within Australia: Shipping is FREE.
International Orders: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $45 AUD for unframed prints sent outside Australia.
At this time, framed prints and canvas prints are only available for delivery within Australia due to international shipping restrictions and packaging requirements.
Making Changes to Your Order
As we begin processing orders quickly, we recommend contacting us immediately if you need to make any changes. Please email hello@loveyourspace.com.au and we will do our best to assist.
However, if your order has already entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Deliveries to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We can send unframed prints and wallpaper to PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
For framed artworks, delivery must be to a residential or business address where someone is available to sign for the delivery during business hours, Monday to Friday.
If you are unsure about the best delivery address to use, please contact our team and we will help you choose the best option.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent in separate parcels.
Ordering Carefully
Because each item is custom made to order, we are unable to provide refunds or cancel orders due to a change of mind once your order has been placed.
If you have any questions before ordering, please contact us and we will happily help you choose the right artwork for your space.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Faulty
We follow Australian Consumer Law guidelines. You are eligible for a replacement or refund if your item:
- Is faulty or has a manufacturing defect
- Is damaged during shipping
- Is significantly different from what was shown or described on our website
How to Report a Problem
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@loveyourspace.com.au
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging, including the external box, carton, or tube
Please keep all original packaging, as we require this to process a claim.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label. Please note that all returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without approval may be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Our Product Guarantee
We take great pride in the quality of our products, and every item is inspected before it leaves us.
All products include a 2-year product guarantee covering manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect handling, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions.
Gift Card Terms
Our gift cards do not expire and cannot be refunded once purchased.
Looking After Your Artwork
To help maintain the quality and longevity of your artwork:
- Avoid hanging artwork in direct sunlight, as this may cause fading over time.
- Do not hang artwork in areas exposed to moisture or potential water damage.
- Do not use chemical cleaners on acrylic or plexiglass. Use only a soft dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth with water to clean.
