Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns Policy

At Love Your Space, all of our products are made to order, which means we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if an incorrect size has been selected. We kindly ask that you double-check your order before finalising your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. To assist us in processing your claim, please provide the following:

• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief explanation of what occurred

Upon receipt of this information, we will promptly arrange a replacement for you. Please note, we cannot process a replacement request without photos of the packaging.

Please note that Love Your Space is not responsible for any damage that occurs while opening the package. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your goods.

If your order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts and no follow-up is made with the courier, a re-delivery fee of $19.90 will apply.
